This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist at Apt Management LLC. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for resident retention, customer service, managing leases, effective communication, and lease administration.
Qualifications
- Resident Retention, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Leases and Lease Administration expertise
- Prior experience in property management or real estate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software
Maintenance Technician
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Apt Management LLC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, ensuring apartment units and facilities are in good working condition, and addressing resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to handle minor carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with residents and team members
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices
- Certification in HVAC or other technical areas (preferred)
- Proficiency with property management software and work order systems (preferred)
